Job Summary

Imagemakers seeks a Part-time Office Manager to support the work of the agency. This position will help with clerical tasks in the office and is a key member of the team. When this position is running well it allows the team to concentrate on client projects knowing that the everyday tasks are taken care of. This person should enjoy doing small tasks that make an impact on the larger picture while wanting to learn larger tasks to grow. This is an entry-level position.



  • Working directly with the Director of HR to plan activities for the week based on office activities
  • Meeting room set up for the week and for large client meetings
  • Prepare critical communications to be sent via USPS
  • Breakroom organization and restocking
  • Organize high-value assignments with outside contractors
  • Answer phones and take detailed messages
  • Articulate the agency's strengths and services to prospective clients and partners
  • Create and maintain exceptional relationships with internal and external contacts
  • Assist with day-to-day operational needs, such as ordering supplies, picking up meals, supervising cleaning, taking recycling, bills, and vendor relationships
  • Other duties as required/requested


Physical Requirements

  • Able to work at a computer and monitor (sitting and standing) for extended periods of time
  • Able to lift 30 lbs without straining themselves

Our office is located in a renovated late-1800s building in downtown Wamego, across from the Wizard of Oz Museum and Toto’s Tacos.
