We want to try new things and learn something new every day. We want to control our personal and work schedules. We want to write our own job descriptions and then change them from time to time. We want to go on CultureShock trips to recharge our batteries and see the world in new ways. We want to work with the best of the best - people who hold themselves and others to the highest standards.

Mostly we want our programmers and designers to have a vision of success that matches ours, which is always client-based.  We want to help everyone we work with succeed, and when our clients’ succeed in clearly identifying their needs and goals, and we help them reach those, we feel we have also succeeded.
